Brochure with the conference speakers’ abstracts, packaging, and event map for an AJLS conference in Vancouver. As the city is known for its extensive waterfront, the concept used was that of an encounter between a salmon, symbolizing Canada and a Koi fish symbolizing Japan. Since the conference was held in August, the waterscapes presented in the pamphlets also provided refreshing imagery to the attendees.
